Order processing
Orders are processed within up to 5 business days after the order details are confirmed.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated separately for each order and are not automatically included in the product price.
The final shipping cost depends on the delivery destination, parcel size, weight and available shipping method.
After receiving the order, O2Pets will calculate the applicable shipping cost and send the customer the delivery details by email.
Shipping confirmation
The customer will receive an email confirming:
- the shipping cost;
- the available delivery method;
- the estimated delivery timeframe;
- any additional delivery information, if applicable.
The shipping terms and shipping cost must be confirmed by the customer by email before the order is dispatched.
Delivery timeframe
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within up to 5 business days after confirmation of the order and agreed shipping terms.
Actual delivery time depends on the destination and the selected carrier.
Delivery availability
Shipping is available to destinations supported by our logistics partners.
Delivery availability and cost may vary depending on the country and destination.
Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and contact information.
O2Pets is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect delivery details, carrier disruptions, customs procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
